LISA GIELINCKI - FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Lisa Gielincki is a nationally recognized interior designer specializing in both residential and commercial properties in Jacksonville, Florida and beyond. Since 2001, she has led her firm through over two decades of creating beautiful spaces for her clients from new construction to remodeling projects. Including the buildout of their current LGID headquarters in the Design 100 building.
She received her BFA from Savannah College of Art & Design. After a successful 4 years at SCAD, she passed the National Certification for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), and then became certified and licensed in the state of Florida as a Registered Interior Designer.
Her work has earned notable recognition and numerous awards from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), topped multiple Best of Jax annual awards, and has been featured in Classic Home magazine as well as multiple regional publications.
Lisa sits on the board of Florida State College at Jacksonville’s (FSCJ) interior design program and is a Professional Member of ASID, maintaining its rigorous standards of achievement, excellence, and growth. Her professionalism, personal commitment, enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail are reflective in the wide range of aesthetic and unique projects she has successfully completed throughout her decorated career.
At a young age Lisa’s lifelong passion for interior design began, and from there, it has become her life’s work.
SANDY SHELOSKI - Design DIRECTOR
Sandy has always had a passion for design and especially loves remodels for their “before” and “after.” Once she graduated with her interior design degree she was excited to begin working in the field. One of her early projects was taking on her own renovation and transforming her grandparents’ 1970s house into a comfy, casual retreat where she and her husband raise their two young sons.
Sandy specializes in CAD and enjoys reworking floor plans in order to create a space that will function for how you live. One of her favorite challenges is incorporating everything on your wish list. Since that’s not always possible, she is known for creating multiple layouts in order to explore all of your options.
As a Jacksonville native, Sandy understands the Florida lifestyle and will help you create a warm and inviting home. Her southern hospitality and friendliness make her approachable and easy to communicate with. She can’t wait to help make your dream home a reality!
Michelle Greaser - Senior Designer
Michelle learned at an early age that she had an interest in design and crave to be part of the industry. She earned her B.A. in interior design from the Art Institute of Jacksonville and developed a special talent for CAD drawing. Coming from a multicultural background, she thrives on blending styles and influences from different sources to create diverse and unique spaces. With her 10+ years of experience and a love for the craft, she continues to enjoy “solving the puzzle” of creating and implementing design concepts to personalize client spaces for optimal living.
Natalie Ferro - Senior Designer
Natalie has been practicing Interior Design for over 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design and is NCIDQ certified. She owned her own business prior to LGID, and as a licensed builder, Natalie understands not just the interior of the home, but comprehends how the construction process works from the ground up. Her creative approach and ability to understand her client’s unique needs can be rendered into a beautiful vision. Natalie and her family love the outdoors and always enjoy their weekends at the beach.
Thea Tutor - JUNIOR DesignER
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Thea recently graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Entrepreneurship. She then decided to further her education and pursue her Interior Design degree. Thea always had a passion for designing, and spent summers working for local designers as well as executing collegiate capstone projects centered around an Interior Design company. Outside of the office, Thea spends her time walking the beach and spoiling her adorable goldendoodle, Murphy.
SAVANNAH VILLARREAL – DESIGN ASSISTANT
Savannah’s love for design is a passionate blend of creative vision and attention to detail. She has always appreciated the balance of aesthetics and functionality. Savannah has a BS from the University of Houston in Kinesiology, and then acquired her Interior Design AAS from Houston Community College. Outside of work she enjoys working out, traveling, cooking, and her pets - goldendoodle Lucy and Siamese cat Smokey.
KIM STANTIAL - SALES & OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Kim fell in love with Florida by chance on an impromptu trip to visit her brother, at which point she decided to move to Jacksonville to seek her next adventure. It was the right move: she ended up meeting her husband, having two adorable daughters, and making Atlantic Beach her home.
She earned her BA from the University of Pittsburgh and had grown restless in her role as an office manager in civil construction when she met Lisa and the team. We couldn't help but scoop her up immediately, and she jumped at the chance to work in a creative, inspiring environment where her skills and talents could be put to work with joy.
Now, as Sales & Operations Manager, Kim manages the office, handles the accounting, keeps the designers on track, and serves as point of contact for our clients, all while emanating pure sunshine.
Marielle Lam - PURCHASING COORDINATOR
A Georgia native, Marielle came to Jacksonville almost 15 years ago with her husband and daughter and loves this community. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and has over 25 years of experience in retail management. Her passion for providing exemplary customer service is complimented with her eagerness to help clients and coworkers. She is responsible for tracking orders with vendors, assisting with installations, and supporting our design team to make our clients' experience exceptional.
