OUR STYLE & PHILOSOPHY

Environments are our presentation to the world, showing our individual tastes, lifestyles and passion for things that are meaningful to us.  Working from that platform we provide creative solutions for every design challenge and project we do.  Our personal attention to every project is exceptional and we are known to provide “More-Than-Expected” results time after time.  Because we have strived to build relationships with all disciplines that are part of the design team; from the client to the architects and builders as well as craftsmen, we are able to achieve sophisticated elegance without sacrificing comfort and livability and do all of this on time and within established budgets.

Our hope while you browse our work is that you will see these core values reflected in each project, that you will notice no two are alike and that by working closely together we are able to reflect the unique personality of each client.  We are versatile, creative and attentive to detail and look forward to providing that same level of professionalism to your project.

LISA GIELINCKI - PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Lisa’s life long passion for Interior Design began at the age of 13 when her family was building a new home.  She was entrenched in helping make all of the finish selections and decorating the family home, making sure each piece of furniture had its proper place.  This sparked her interest and pushed her to choose Interior Design for her life’s work.  When it was time she chose to attend Savannah College of Arts and Design and received a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree.

After college Lisa began her career at Sisler-Williams Interior Design and subsequently sat for and passed the National Certification for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) becoming certified and licensed in the state of Florida as a Registered Interior Designer.  She has taught a design course at Jacksonville University and started her own firm in 2001.

Lisa is a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), which continues to be the largest, oldest and leading organization for the Interior Design profession.  To be a professional member one must pass rigorous acceptance standards including a mix of education, work experience and NCIDQ certification as well as on-going education.  Lisa has also won numerous design awards and has been published many times throughout her career. Her professionalism, personal commitment, enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail are reflective of the wide range of interesting and unique projects she has successfully completed throughout her long and successful career.

Sarina McClelland - Office Manager

Sarina has been officially named our very own Ms. Sunshine. Her big smile and cheerful outfits make everyone’s day brighter. She manages the office and receives all payments with her southern charm and keeps things running efficiently. When not at work she lives by the motto, “If it’s not fun, don’t do it!”  Which is evident in her desire to plan and execute office birthday parties and happy hours.

Wife, Mom, and grandmother, she keeps husband Jimmy on his toes with her abundance of energy.  Grandchildren, Kenlee and Canton are a source of pride and melt her heart! She is plays an integral role in crafting a positive client experience.

Sandy Sheloski - Associate Designer

Sandy has always had a passion for design and especially loves remodels for their “before” and “after.” Once she graduated with her interior design degree she was excited to begin working in the field. One of her early projects was taking on her own renovation and transforming her grandparents’ 1970s house into a comfy, casual retreat where she and her husband raise their young son.

As a Jacksonville native, Sandy understands the Florida lifestyle and will help you create a warm and inviting home. Her southern hospitality and friendliness make her approachable and easy to communicate with. She can’t wait to help make your dream home a reality!

Taylor Brislawn - Project Coordinator

Taylor's earliest memory is helping to paint a "mural" on the wall of her playroom when she was three, and she hasn't stopped designing since. She earned her Master of Arts in Interior Design in Chicago, where the fast pace of the city helped her master the multitasking skills necessary to manage a variety of LGID projects. She also acts as an associate designer, CAD specialist and resident list maker.

Taylor believes successful interiors should tell stories and inspire, and that is achieved only with passion, dedication, and innovation at every stage of development. Taylor prides herself on these skills and values the opportunity to help tell your story.

Lauren Buberger - Design Intern

Lauren graduated from Ole Miss with a major in Fine Art and a minor in tailgating. She has always enjoyed creativity in every form, especially filling a blank canvas. Whether with watercolors, furnishings or textiles, her favorite medium is color.

Her experience around such an incredible team of strong, creative women has reinforced her passion for interior design and desire to pursue a degree in the field.
